Savoury crêpes with ham and cheese


  • 400 grams of grated cheese (Emmental, Gruyere or Comte type)
  • 400 grams cooked ham
  • 9 natural plain crêpes from Beauvoorde
  • Pepper or smoked paprika
  • Butter
  • Mixed lettuce
  • Apple vinegar


  • Melt a knob of butter in the pan
  • Place a pancake in the pan and sprinkle some ground cheese on half and top with a slice of ham.
  • If desired, season with some pepper or paprika.
  • Fold the pancake closed and turn it over as soon as the cheese is melting. Fry the second side as well.
  • Mix the lettuce with some olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  • Serve together.
