{"id":1388,"date":"2024-05-13T09:35:09","date_gmt":"2024-05-13T09:35:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.beauvoordsbakhuis.be\/2024\/05\/13\/wraps-with-spinach-mozzarella-tomatoes-and-skyr-pesto\/"},"modified":"2024-06-04T07:40:08","modified_gmt":"2024-06-04T07:40:08","slug":"wraps-with-spinach-mozzarella-tomatoes-and-skyr-pesto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.beauvoordsbakhuis.be\/en\/2024\/05\/13\/wraps-with-spinach-mozzarella-tomatoes-and-skyr-pesto\/","title":{"rendered":"Wraps with spinach, mozzarella, tomatoes and skyr pesto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9 natural plain cr\u00eapes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoked Italian ham<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grams of spinach <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ripe tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 scoops of mozzarella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 garlic clove<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60g grated parmesan cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g Skyr<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basil 2 full handfuls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pepper and salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tablespoons Olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pepper and salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>skewers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Preparation: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut the Italian ham into thin strips and fry until crispy in a non-stick pan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the spinach and let it simmer with the lid on. Once the spinach is soft, let it simmer until the liquid has evaporated. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Season with pepper <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into pieces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Pesto:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blend the garlic with the toasted arrow nuts, Parmesan cheese, olive oil and basil in the blender.
