Pond'Or let's its chickens move freely

At Pond'Or in Zedelgem, the chickens are free to roam around their housing. "And you can taste the difference", says manger Kris Anseeuw "Our chickens are not imprisoned. They lay beautiful and tasty eggs. Pond'Or selects only A-quality, well-formed and healthy eggs."

And then, the liquid contents are taken from the eggs and pasteurised, "We supply Beauvoords Bakhuis about 3 tonnes per week, that is about 50,000 eggs. So, you can be sure there is quite a lot of egg in a pancake!"
